Recense is a recruitment agency from Roelofarendsveen that has been operating independently since 2020 – and has grown significantly since then. Originally a true family business, it has since grown into a professional organization with a clear focus: finding the right people for the right position. So, it was time for a rebranding of their identity that reflects this development.
Together with Recense, we began with a strategic session in which we sharpened our focus on who they are, who their clients are, what they stand for, and where they want to go. This session not only guided the visual choices but also the company’s direction. It can help Recense consciously determine which steps contribute to further growth – and which don’t.
The rebranding reflects the agency’s growth and maturity, without losing its recognizability. The logo subtly retains the green and light blue hues from the old logo, complemented by a dark blue that provides greater contrast and a more chic, professional look. The chosen font is modern-classic: contemporary, reliable, and professional – exactly what suits Recense’s approach.
The new website truly brings the new identity to life. The design is fresh and uncluttered, with a strong focus on readability and structure. Visitors quickly find the information they need, whether it’s about open positions or Recense’s approach. This way, the website immediately contributes to clear image—both online and offline.
With this updated branding, Recense has a strong foundation for further growth. The visual identity reflects their professionalism, commitment, and clear direction. This allows them to confidently continue building their position in the recruitment world.
