How do you make a children’s book that’s not just fun to receive, but also fun to order? &Oskar is a personalised reading book that features the child as the main character, it’s fun and educational at the same time. We redesigned the website and made it even easier to order a book, even from your smartphone or tablet.
The first step was a customer journey map based on different personas. This enabled us to map out the requirements for the design of the interface for the right audience. We then devised and designed the order journey. Composing the book is done in five easy steps as if your were actually sitting at the drawing table. The last step allows you to browse the entire book or order right away. After that your book is ready to be sent!
A personalised book, how does it work from the moment you click ‘order’ to the moment it arrives on your door step? The technical side of this website includes all kinds of complicated processes. To achieve this we enlisted the help of Moddix from Leiden. The process is entirely automated and uses various technological advancements. Read all about it in this article.
